I reserve the right, for price, delivery charges and payment method to change.

Ordering

Products ordered in our Website via e-mail.

Orders confirmed by sending Order Confirmation via e-mail.

Customer undertakes subscription through our valid Ordering Terms & Instructions.

Customer information is confidential and will not be disclosed.

Order Confirmation

I send you an Order Notification via e-mail, which you can see the order number,

products ordered, the total amount of invoice , and our bank account number for payment.

I will send you an Order Confirmation via e-mail, after delivery and payment are confirmed.

My Stock products, I will process your order 2-5 business days after payment appears in my bank account.

If the fee is not paid within 7 working days after Order Notification, the subscription lapses.

I send you an Order Notification via e-mail, and my bank account number for your payment.

The price data / website faultiness

I reserve the right to repair incorrect price- and product data of the site.

If the order is made with incorrect information, a client informed about the matter.

Shipping and delivery charges

All orders will be sent as a postal package.

Postage- and packing costs will be added to your order.

Posting expenses does not include VAT, Customs or import duties, (also known as import taxes).

Defective and in transport damaged or missing products

If the products is damaged for transport, make a report to transport company who carried the product.

Delivery time

My order processing time is normally 2-5 business days.

Exchange and Restore

The customer has the Finnish Consumer Protection Act in accordance with the 14-day exchange and return policy.

The return costs will always be borne by the customer.

Returns Policy applies only to the original unused and undamaged products.
